Instructions:
1. Giveaway Item name: The name of the product/service you're contributing. e.g. - "Killer Traffic Tips"

2. URL of giveaway item: This is the landing page for your giveaway item. It CAN have an opt-in form where members have to opt-in to receive the gift.

3. Bonuses: You may include ONE bonus. This can either be on the same landing page as your giveaway item or it can be on a separate page.

4. Other contact: It would be more convenient to personally talk to you using some sort of live chat.

5. URL of your photo & eCover: Please provide a photo of you. I will use this on the giveaway page. This will give you more credibility and show to members that you're no ordinary "Joe Blow".
Also provide the link for your eCover e.g- http://yourdomain.com/images/ecover.jpg.

As of 04/13/2006 I will not be taking anymore JV's unless you were personally invited by me.

However, I am still accepting contributors so it still has it's benefits.

The difference between a JV and Contributor is that JV's are my partners who promote this site and have a higher commission rate. Contributors are simply people who have something of value to give but do not promote.

Preferably if you've been marketing seriously online for at least 6 months that is sufficient.

If you have a product/service that people might find valuable such as ebooks, software, audio products etc (more details on the topic "What types of products...."

I welcome all new Internet marketers and even Guru's.
This is a good opportunity for all skill levels.

JV's and contributors earn commission in multiple ways. You will be provided a special affiliate link which is dynamically created when you sign up as an affiliate from the future membership site that's being installed at the moment.

JV's will earn 85% commission on a $97-$197 one time offer.

There's no certain deadline because I'll be constantly adding more and more giveaway items. Though if you want to make the most of it I recommend you post your contribution before 16th April.

  Note - It must have some perceived value. Please do not post anything that anyone can simply opt in to your webpage and receive it for free, e.g. - a member enters your http://yourdomain.com and opt-ins to your list to claim their gift which anyone on the Internet could claim. Please make it exclusive.

• JV's will earn 85% of the sales made from my $97-$197 one time offer.
• Contributors receive lots of free traffic and publicity.
• Contributors receive a ton of subscribers to their optin.
• Newbies - Don't feel left out. Everybody's a part of this fun giveaway. This is a great opportunity to build your opt in list.
• Intermediates - You'll build social proof and credibility.
• Guru's - This is your chance to build your list even more.

There are more and more contributors each day but overall I only accept about 60% of it because they do not meet the guidelines on this meet.

I cannot name anyone here but we've got big named marketers joining in to beginners marketers.

I'm constantly asking more and more marketers to contribute.

1. Please try to place a heading on top of the landing page called "Underground Giveaway" or something along those lines. I just want members to know that these giveaway items are exclusive. It creates more value as well. You may save the Underground Giveaway header graphic for THIS purpose only.
2. The landing page can have an opt-in form where an Underground member will have to opt-in to receive your gift or it doesn't have to be. It's entirely up to you.
3. Please do not giveaway recycled material such as those so called $1 ebooks that sell on eBay or something.
   Once I've got this membership script installed I'll contact all my JV's ASAP and I'll provide you with all the promo tools, special JV affiliate link etc...
4. All JV's agree to send out at least 3 solo emails to their email list. One on pre-launch, one on launch and another a few days after launch. This is not necessary for contributors.
